What is digital or non-linear editing and why would I want to pay more for it?

Non-linear editing means you get a much better picture and more can be done give you nicer results. You footage is loaded into our hard drive and edited with out the signal loss that multiple generation give you like tape to tape or linear editing. This keeps the footage in original quality. It also means we can do more to it. We can add slow motion effects, add a sepia tone, do color correction, etc. We can also layer your video and audio tracks. Digital editing on a non linear system is like going from a typewriter to a word processed. The best way to understand it is to see a sample. Please call to arrange an appointment.
